How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to check in, fill out any new client paperwork, and get settled.

Can I come with makeup on, or do I need a clean face?
Yes! It’s fine to arrive with makeup, and we will remove it as part of your cleanse.

How long is the facial at Clean Your Dirty Face?
Our signature facial is 30 minutes, designed to be efficient and express, without sacrificing quality.

How much is a facial at Clean Your Dirty Face?
Your first facial is $35 with code VIRGIN.

Is Clean Your Dirty Face the most affordable facial bar chain?
Yes, Clean Your Dirty Face is the most affordable option at $35 for your first facial. We strive to be efficient and quick in only 30 minutes. Our 30-minute clean facials are perfect for your first time, beginners, and advanced skincare enthusiasts alike.

Are the facials tailored for different skin types or concerns?
Yes, every facial is customized based on your skin type and skin goal (e.g., oily, dry, dull skin, dark spots, sensitive, acne prone, hydrating, anti aging, brightening, etc) and any specific concerns you bring to your esthetician.

Do you remove blackheads or perform extractions?
Yes! Not everyone has blackheads and/or needs/wants extractions. Our signature 30-minute facial does not include extractions, but if you want them, you can order enhancements like Ultrasonic Extractions, Virgin Bundle (a best-sellers bundle that includes Ultrasonic Extractions), or SuperGunk Extract. How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend one facial per month. Some clients opt for more frequent visits (2 or 3 facials per month) depending on their skin goals. We offer facial package bundles and membership options with perks like discounted enhancements, monthly product credits, and more. You can learn about membership here.

Is it normal to break out after your facial?
Yes, it is common to experience a breakout after a facial or a “purge” of clogged pores, and that’s a good thing. When deep cleaning, any bacteria that was lying deep within the skin’s surface is simply being brought to skin’s surface. Ask yourself, do you want that bacteria in your body, or do you want it out? What should I avoid after my facial?
Avoid heavy exercise, direct sun exposure, steam rooms, or harsh exfoliants for at least 24 hours. Use gentle skincare and stay hydrated. You can see our aftercare list here.

What skincare products do you use during my facial?
We only use our own line of clean, non-toxic, vegan skincare products formulated by our licensed estheticians. Our products are available for purchase at the studio, so you can maintain your results at home. You can purchase them online here.

Can men get facials at Clean Your Dirty Face?
Yes, we all have skin! Facials are for everyone. We offer specialized men’s facials and enhancements tailored to fit their skin. Most of our male clients are looking for guidance, and for a no-fuss, low maintenance skincare routine. Our estheticians keep that simplicity in mind.

Can kids get facials at Clean Your Dirty Face?
Yes, we all have skin! Facials are for everyone. We offer specialized kids and teen facials (including teen acne facials) tailored to fit youth age, and accommodate their growing skin.

Can I get a facial if I’m pregnant?
We have plenty of pregnant clients who love our facials and stick with us during their pregnancy. However, it’s always best to check with your doctor first. On your intake form at check in, disclose pregnancy so your esthetician can adjust the facial service, if necessary.

Does Clean Your Dirty Face offer Dermaplaning?

What if I’m late to my facial appointment?
Facials begin promptly on time. If you're late, we may need to shorten your facial, or rebook your appointment to a later date if it is not possible to complete the service within that timeframe. You may be charged for the facial.

Where are you located?
You can check your studio location page to see the exact location, and confirm parking details before arriving. Our facial bar locations in downtown and urban areas typically have a nearby paid parking garage or paid street parking, whereas our facial bar locations in outdoor shopping malls offer free parking.

Clean Your Dirty Face® is the place to visit a licensed esthetician regularly and receive personalized, professional skincare in a friendly + fun setting.

Our licensed estheticians will consult with you on your skin goals, steam, deep clean, exfoliate, mask, tone and moisturize with high-quality skincare products while our signature 5-point acupressure face massage will help with blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and relaxation. Since 2015, our facials + products are:
