Do I Suffer from Workout Acne?

Life-hack: use a toner after class

Carry a toner in your gym bag and spritz a few sprays on your face directly after class to help prevent workout acne. Most toners contain witch hazel, which is a natural astringent meaning it will help kill bacteria that sweat leaves behind. A toner is great after your workout because it not only kills bacteria, but it also hydrates your skin, evens out skin tone and shrinks pore size.
